Description:
It's a splice that's responsible for both damaged muscle recovery and satellite cell growth.Just like normal peptides, PEG MGF comes in the form of a white delicate powder. PEG-MGF is short for Pegylated Mechano Factor and it's a variant of a hormone which fuels muscle development.
PEG-MGF Useful for: Site-enhancement and systematic purposes through increased lean muscle and fat loss

Consumption Method 1: Localized injection directly into the muscle immediately post-workout

Preparation for Injection: Add 1ml (100 IU) of sterile solution to the PEG-MGF vial. Every 200mcg is then equal to 0.1ml (10 IU).
PEG-MGF Dosage 1: 200mcg (10 IU) of PEG-MGF split bilaterally between muscles just trained i.e. 100mcg left side, 100mcg right side.
PEG-MGF Dosage 2: 200mcg (10 IU) of PEG-MGF is to be injected into abdominal fat.
PEG-MGF Doses per Vial: 10 x 200mcg doses (10 doses per vial)
Usage:
Mechano Factor (MGF) exhibits local effects in skeletal muscle and without cannot travel through the body without modification. The problem with synthetic Mechano Factor (MGF) is that it is introduced intramuscularly and is water based so it goes into the blood stream. When used this way, Mechano Factor (MGF) only remains stable in the blood stream for a few minutes. Biologically produced MGF is made locally and does not enter the bloodstream.
It is also short acting so stability is not an issue. By PEGylating the Mechano Factor (MGF) it is almost as efficient as local produced Mechano Factor (MGF) when used intramuscularly. This is accomplished by surrounding part of the peptide with a structure of polyethylene glycol, which can be attached to a protein molecule. The polyethylene glycol groups protect the peptide but do not surround it completely. The active sites of the peptide are still free to do their biological function. In this case the shell is a negative charged shield against positively charged compounds that would affect the protein.
MGF vs PEG MGF:
Base MGF which is produced in liver and secreted into the blood stream, only lasts for about 5-7 minutes before it breaks down. This is the regular "base" MGF version that's not widely used due to the short half-life. Just as IGF-1 was modified to be IGF-1LR3 (the longer acting version), the same has been done with MGF. The additive polyethylene glycol was added to the MGF chain in order to give it a half life of several days!
